Kevin Perrette

Kevin Perrette is a singer/songwriter and bass guitar player based in San Antonio, Texas. Kevin grew up in Kansas City, Missouri where he began his music career in high school with a group of friends, playing local DIY shows and even winning a battle of the bands. After school, Kevin freelanced for several groups before finding his place with local act Grand Villanova performing an enormous variety of music based in blues, rock, pop, and R&B. 

In 2021, Kevin moved to Texas in pursuit of a legitimate music career and quickly began playing bass for dozens of artists from Houston to San Angelo. After only 10 months of being in Texas, Kevin caught the attention of Texas Country chart topper Kyle Park, with whom he would play bass and sing harmony vocals for the next two and a half years.

Seeking the next step in his career, Kevin retired from the touring world and is now setting his sights on becoming a fixture of the songwriter scene in Texas. Heavily influenced by storytellers like John Prine and Bob Dylan, the instrumentation of acts like U2 and The Rolling Stones, and a tinge of the country culture he's become acclimated to since moving to Texas, Kevin is seeking to entertain with humorous and heartfelt lyrics backed by familiar, musician driven instrumentation  that anyone of any background can find joy in.
